Hey guys, hate to get you all excited with an update, that isn't really an update, but, Co-writer of Side Quests, Jeff, has entered a scholarship video contest about the dangers of falling asleep at the wheel (lol), you should all go give him a bunch of likes (on that site) and stuff cause it's a popularity contest, and a lot of the competing videos are crap. I'd hate to see a lame video win because some dork has 3000+ friends on facebook!
In the meantime, I've been working on animations and put the next episode of side Quests on hold, but I'll be getting back to it eventually, I did practically half the episode and I'd hate to have done all those pages for nothing :P
I entered a contest similar to this last year. We had to make a desktop wallpaper about getting more art programs in schools. I lost to a crappy piece of work that had nothing to do with the subject, and I won't let Jeff lose this way!

First i´d like to say, good sir, this webcomic contains so much awesomeness, its like awesomeness drenched in awesomness, wrapped up in awesomness and burried in awesomeness. I was hooked allready by the very first pages.
Your characters are hillarious. Just the fact how Jeremy "magic" works and Jeffs whole... well, i call it "Jeffness" until i found a better word, Gabby (made me instantly fall for that sweet lil psycho stalker girl^^),the whole singing like in a disney movie stuff (gosh, i swear i heared it inside my head while reading it), the evil king ninja whatever guy and his minions, guard 256 (numbers for names remind me of the deathcorps of krieg, w40k ref maybe?), the simple jet soooo catchy design of your drawing. If i continue im affraid it will take up until tomorow morning.^^
So, uhm, to sum it up, i LOVE your webcomic. Keep up the fantastic work.^^b
